Download (version 1.4 9/4/2005) by clicking --> HERE <-- then open the zip file and save the files to any temporary folder.
Then run setup.vbs to install "Syracuse Weather".
You can then delete the files in the temporary folder.

To uninstall navigate to the installation folder (c:\program files\Syracuse Weather) and click on uninstall.vbs.
